If simuSearch doesn't load after you open a Microsoft Office program, close and reopen the Office Program.

If simuSearch still doesn't load, do the following:
1. Check if your Office program allows add-ins.
2. Manually enable the simuSearch add-in.

To manually enable the simuSearch add-in:

In Office 2007, click the "Office" button, and then click the "Word Options" button.

In Office 2010/2013, click "File" and, then click the "Options" button.

From the opened Options window, select "Trust Center" in the column on the left.

Click the "Trust Center Settings..." button.

Select "Add-ins" in the column on the left, and verify that all checkboxes are unselected.

Click "OK" and restart the Office program.

To check if your Office program allows add-ins

- In Office 2007, click the "Office" button, and then click the "Word Options" button.
- In Office 2010/2013, click "File" and, then click the "Options" button.

From the opened Options window, select "Add-Ins" in the column on the left.

From the "Manage" combobox at the bottom of the window, select "COM Add-ins", and then click the "Go" button.

Verify that the simuSearch add-in checkbox is selected and that the "Load Behavior" read-only field shows "Load at Startup".

If simuSearch is disabled, click the "Office" button, and then click the "Word Options" button --> "Add-Ins".

From the "Manage" combobox at the bottom of the window, select "Disabled Items", and then click the "Go" button.

Select the simuSearch Addin row, and then click the "Enable" button.

Restart your Office program.
